We are going away for the weekend so I'll leave you with tiny bits and pieces of pictures I took this week.I'd say I'm pretty excited for this trip because 1) we have not went on a getaway with the people we're going with and 2) we have not seen snow for over a year now and that is very unusual for self proclaimed snowboarders. Hopefully there's snow in the mountains because we have not had actual winter weather here in Los Angeles. Global warming much felt in this part of the world, it's terrible. I try not to think about it because it is a scary thing to ponder on.

Flowers by the mailbox.

Our house is always ten degrees colder than the outside world and Fox seems to love it as he sleeps sooo much when it's cold. <3 By the way, he has his own Instagram now, follow him on @foxthepapillon.

Brush fire less than 15 miles away from us. Ah. The perks of living close to the mountains.

Thursday, 9am. Pretty, scary.

Ron took me out on a date yesterday. Also, everything around my wrist is a gift.

Walking in these boots is not the smartest idea I had that day.

Mama desert plant and baby desert plant.
At my job, we get to take two 10-minute breaks and an hour lunch. During my lunch, when I eat fast, I usually go for a walk with a coworker to make ourselves feel better about eating slip in some extra workout during the day. We've I've been lazy lately though. LOL
