Who Does That? - A Social Media Enthusiast's Rant

A few weeks ago, Ron and I were driving along the 210 freeway when I spotted this billboard that has a QR code (yes, I just linked you to Wikipedia. Haha!) on it. Whoever thought of including it must have thought people would actually slow down to be able to scan the code on their phones to find out where it takes them. I mean seriously... Who does that?
