This issue has always bothered me.
Women should not be told to do things to avoid getting raped.
Men should be told not to rape.
Women should be able to wear whatever they want in public and not be judged as "inviting."
Men should learn to control themselves.
Women should not be viewed as species whose purpose is to attract men.
Men need to keep it in their pants. Or learn to use their hands to please themselves if you know what I mean.
