Cheer Up, It's Okay

I'll be honest, as much as I prefer being all cheerful and happy, I woke up today with a frown on my face. I didn't want to get up and do anything. But as they say, duty calls. I got up, got ready and tried to make the mood much better. For some odd reason, finding easy recipes helped!

I swear, after I have dinner tonight (that includes cleaning up afterwards and preparing my lunch for the next day), I'll have a glass of wine so I can actually sleep at a decent time. My six-thirty wake up call gets pushed later each day and it's not funny driving and worrying about what time I'll get to work.

PS
It drizzled a little on my way to work this morning and I love how Los Angeles drivers were (again) so scared and were all over their brakes. Everyone was driving 10-20 miles below the freeway speed limit.

  2. The drizzle is too funny-- it snows out here every winter, & every time you'd think no one knew how to drive in it! Sorry to hear you were frowny this morning!
