Ever since Firmoo.com reached out to me, I've realized how important it is to take care of my eyes. My sister also played a part because she encouraged me to have my eyes checked. Since then, I believed that aside from our feet, our eyes have been one of the most abused, taken for granted parts of the body... I'm guilty of that. Having to work in front of the computer for 8 hours, I knew I needed glasses. Living in a sunny state also does not help, did you know that wearing sunglasses can help to prevent having cataract when you're older?
