My FITNESS CONFESSIONS:
-I stopped working out everyday. Only when I want to which is 1-2 times a week.
-I missed a whole week of workouts. Bad. Bad.
-I stopped preparing my lunch salads which lead me to eat Smart Ones. I used to live off of those things but now I understand why people ask me how I can eat it everyday. LOL
FACTS to Live With:
-I truly love chocolates.
-My husband loves me so much and spoils me when I get a craving.
-Have an inspiring tummy. Yes, I just used the word inspiring.
-At least 200 ab exercises everyday
-Keep eating healthy and counting calories. I fell off the wagon a few times but I always manage to get back on track.
-No Starbucks for a month. I've done this before. It should be easy...right?
