Let's Get Physical - April

My feet are not this dark. LOL
So, I did not exactly reach my goal of 125 pounds. I'm at 125.7 lbs. Good enough, no? I'm sure I'll reach it in April though and when I do, no more checking the weighing scale. I plan to measure the inches and look at my tummy in the mirror as my unit of measuring.

My FITNESS CONFESSIONS:
-I stopped working out everyday. Only when I want to which is 1-2 times a week.
-I missed a whole week of workouts. Bad. Bad.
-I stopped preparing my lunch salads which lead me to eat Smart Ones. I used to live off of those things but now I understand why people ask me how I can eat it everyday. LOL

FACTS to Live With:
-I truly love chocolates.
-My husband loves me so much and spoils me when I get a craving.

My GOALS:
-Have an inspiring tummy. Yes, I just used the word inspiring.
-At least 200 ab exercises everyday
-Keep eating healthy and counting calories. I fell off the wagon a few times but I always manage to get back on track.
-No Starbucks for a month. I've done this before. It should be easy...right?

  1. Keep going! I find that the hardest part is getting into the habit, but once you have a routine, getting healthier and staying healthier is a lot easier.

  2. Girl you can do it!!! I have been so busy I haven't been to the gym in over a week, isn't it crazy how mentally you feel it?? Ugh!!! LOL
