Silver Lining

We saw these shoes at Camarillo which is over an hour away from our house but I didn't get
it. I have not stopped thinking about it though so when he found them, he bought them.

It makes me feel so blessed that I came home to my husband (it's rare that he gets home before I do), a pair of new kicks from him and the smell of smoke from the grill. My now ex-boss has officially moved on from our company yesterday and honestly, there was a lump in my throat the second I heard her start packing her stuff. I'm really thankful though that the ladies that are taking over her role are lovely. Oh and summer hours (aka workday ends at noon on Fridays) start this Friday.  #SilverLining

My other coworker wanted to have a moment with the ex-boss' dog before they left. She ended up with a semi
broken heart and a hairy leg.

On another note, one of my best-est friends is celebrating her birthday today (Manila Time). Hey Kit, thanks for everything. I swear, most of the best conversations I've had are with you. Our friendship truly grew through those late nights and early morning conversations. Thanks for rationalizing things I'm going through with me and always being the devil's advocate. Your existence is much appreciated by me. Haha! I love you!

Many Months Together

Besides packing and watching the Vampire Diaries...

Got this for our 29th month :)
The boyf and I don't really celebrate our monthsaries but when we can see each other, meaning it lands on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we make an effort to make it special. With that said, I drove out to his place last Friday :)

Have you guys tried places like the Boiling Crab and the Shack where you eat off of wax paper and have plastic bags as serving plates? It's a pretty awesome experience and of course, the food is amazing!

Wore this for brunch on Sunday.
Everything's from Urban Outfitters. :)

Guess who asked me to take a picture of his outfit! Well, he really just wanted to show off his KDs ;)

Waba Grill's half & half.

How was your weekend? :)

Well, first things first, a lot of you have been asking about the GM Diet. It's a weight loss program created by General Motors for their employees to help them stay fit. It's 7 days long and you have to eat only certain types of food each day. Click HERE for more details. :)

We were sent home from work early today so I got to have lunch
with these beautiful people (that includes the boyf)!
While at Nike, I picked a pair for the bf and when I found him in another aisle, he already has the exact same one. Thought it was cute so I took a picture ;)
Felt the need to take a quick photo while waiting for the bf while he
was shopping at Lacoste
Since the bf was taking so long at Lacoste, I decided to go to Banana Republic and leave him there :p Here are the stuff I tried on.
The bf surprised me with this when we got home to his apartment! So happy :)

Okay, gotta go and convince the bf to start packing for our quick San Diego trip!
Have a great weekend everyone! Happy Easter!
