"Things Will Get Better"

Yoga was fun last Monday and I'm doing it again today! Yay! I was very calm when I got out of the studio and I felt all zen-ned out.

So I've been Pinterseting every night for some pinspiration on my journey (so dramatic!) in getting fit because like I said to my body on last week's Friday letter (read about it here), things will get better. I'm not going to be a hypocrite and say that I don't eat junkfood because in fact, I love it. Just yesterday, my coworkers gave me 3 potato wedges from Ralphs and my boss gave me a bag of Trolli gummy eggs - both my favorites and yes, I have awesome coworkers. Of course I ate them, they were blessings! :)

  6. oh why does junk food taste best in the summer? i can't stay away from ice cream . . . it's terrible. i've also been pinning inspiration- i'm determined to look like a roxy model by the end of july!!! {no, the ice cream isn't helping.}
